BASIS Independent Silicon Valley once again has ranked among the best high schools in America. Niche released its 2021 Best High Schools Rankings and we are excited to share that BASIS Independent Silicon Valley ranked as the #1 best high school for STEM in California, and #2 in America for STEM.
This is the second consecutive year that BASIS Independent Silicon Valley has earned the #1 Best High School in California for STEM ranking and first for its #2 in America for STEM ranking.
BASIS Independent Silicon Valley moved up in the 2021 rankings as Niche recognized our school as the #11 Best College Prep Private High School in California. Our campus also earned the #5 ranking for Best College Prep High School in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Our surge in rankings is unprecedented given our program is just beginning its seventh year of operations and the class of 2021 represents only our sixth graduating class.
These results are a representation of our focused mission, which is to raise the standard of learning to the highest international levels. Our internationally benchmarked program taught by exceptional Subject Expert Teachers, and our supportive culture, is what has helped our students lead the world in math, reading, and science in just five years, and propelled our program to the top of NIche’s rankings.
Our fundamental belief is that any motivated student can excel, if given a challenging curriculum, teachers who teach students to love their subject as much as they do, and a culture that believes in developing well-rounded students to discover their potential. Our approach is to never limit learning opportunities for our students. Academics are encouraged and learning is celebrated.
Congratulations to our students, our faculty and staff, and our parent community. Let’s celebrate this incredible news!
